To ensure consistent quality and timely service, all deliveries on Allesbay are handled by our in-house logistics team, including vendor-fulfilled orders.

1. Overview

Allesbay manages pickup, transit, and delivery with standard operating procedures for packaging, handling, and handover. Where applicable (e.g., furniture), professional installation may be provided.

2. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver to the following states in India:

  • Telangana
  • Andhra Pradesh
  • Karnataka
  • Maharashtra

Note: Area-level serviceability may vary by PIN code. You’ll see the exact availability at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 working days from order confirmation.
  • Bulk or made-to-order items: 15–20 working days.

Timelines can vary due to product availability, location, or operational factors. Any material delays (weather, strikes, access issues) will be communicated proactively via email/SMS.

4. Handling & Packaging

  • All items are quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
  • Fragile/heavy items are handled by trained personnel.
  • For eligible products, installation is scheduled post-delivery.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Charges may vary based on product size, weight, category, and delivery location.
  • Applicable charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout.

6. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or unavailability, we’ll contact you for a re-attempt. Additional re-delivery charges may apply in certain cases.

7. Vendor Fulfillment

Even for vendor-listed products, pickups and last-mile delivery are managed by the Allesbay logistics team to maintain consistent service quality and tracking.
