Introduction

Welcome to Allesbay, a multi-vendor platform that enables vendors to list and sell their products. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register and make transactions.

Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Vendors are responsible for their product listings, prices, and delivery commitments.

Vendor Onboarding

Vendors must provide valid business details (GST, PAN, bank details). Each vendor must fulfill their orders, manage their inventory, and respond to customer queries.

Product Listings

All items must be accurately described (images, measurements, condition). Misleading or counterfeit products will result in delisting.

Order Processing

Orders must be confirmed, packed, and shipped within the committed time. Delays must be communicated through the platform.

Payment & Commission

Platform deducts a fixed/percentage-based commission before releasing vendor payments. Payments are settled after order delivery and return window closure.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and methods are defined by admin and vendors during onboarding. Vendors may use their own shipping provider.

Returns & Refunds

Customers are allowed to return items based on conditions mentioned in the Return Policy. Refunds are processed as per platform timelines.

Dispute Resolution

In case of conflicts between customer and vendor, Allesbay support will mediate. The platform holds the right to freeze payments during disputes.

Termination

Allesbay may suspend or terminate any account for breach of terms.
