Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy a smooth shopping experience on Allesbay. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work on our multi-vendor platform.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing parts or accessories

Returned products must be in unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices.

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and uninstalled.
  • Return requests must be raised within the return window via your My Orders section.
  • A pickup will be arranged only after review and approval by our support team.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by submitting clear images or videos to support@allesbay.com. Delayed claims may not be accepted.

4. Return Process

  1. Go to My Orders and select the item to return.
  2. Upload images or a short note describing the issue.
  3. Allesbay’s support team reviews the request and schedules a reverse pickup if approved.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be initiated.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

5. Non-Returnable & Exception Items

  • Custom-made furniture or personalized products
  • Items marked as clearance sale or non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation errors by the customer
  • Used, altered, or missing original packaging/accessories

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch directly from your order page.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed; the standard return process will apply after delivery.

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (or store wallet where applicable).
  • Shipping or convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may be withheld if returned products fail quality inspection or violate the return policy conditions.
